Stress Management Services

Feel like you stay in a constant cortisol surge from stress? Cortisol is released when your body is under stress, triggering sugar (glucose) to be released from your liver to give you that energy burst you are experiencing. Stress reduction is a key component to weight loss. We work with you to decrease stress through evaluating your sleep habits, giving recommendations for better sleep and relaxation. Meditation and yoga are two other components we focus on to bring down your stress levels.
